Kroger this week has Cheer Laundry Soap for $4.99 and the 7/25 RP insert has a $2/1 coupon, stack this with the P&G Downloadable E- Coupon HERE and you got yourself $.99 laundry soap! That is a great price. I have never used Cheer before, what is your option on this brand?
