  2. Thanks for the class! I am now a follower of your blog :)

This is my feedback that I posted on Carie's site:
Overall, I thought the class was great for beginners. I’ve been couponing for awhile, but I still learned some things. I think beginners benefit a lot from hearing about the different organizational methods, so I would recommend talking about more than just the binder method.

Most people I talk to think they don’t have time for couponing, and I try to tell them that’s not true. I work full-time and have a family, yet I still have time to coupon. I file the whole inserts and only clip what I need to. This saves me a ton of time each week. Yes, I might miss out on some hot clearance deal or unadvertised sale, but I get so many great advertised deals that it doesn’t bother me to miss out on a few. I use coupon match-up lists from various blogs to create my grocery list and meal plan for the week. If I need an item that is not in a sale ad, I use a coupon database to search for available coupons.

I wrote a blog post about my method at http://froogaloo.com/profiles/blogs/how-i-organize-my-coupon-stash. You do have to register with Froogaloo, but it’s free to join and provides a lot of great information. I would highly recommend it!

Thanks for the class! I would love to attend an intermediate/advanced class or get involved in a coupon swap.
